Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 cups plain kefir
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 3-6 dates softened in boiling water

Wash the strawberries. (Optional: Soak strawberries in a mixture of vinegar and water for 10 minutes to remove impurities, bacteria, and pesticides. Rinse thoroughly to remove any vinegar taste.)

Soak the dates in boiling water for about 10 minutes to soften them. Drain before adding to the smoothie.

Juice the orange.

Blend.
