Honey-Stachio Pita Chips Inspired by Chicken Maison

Ingredients
- 2 medium rounds of pita bread
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup ground pistachios
- 1/2 tsp cane sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp honey syrup
Steps
Preheat your oven.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the pita wedges.

Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges.
Brush them with olive oil. Make sure to coat the inside flap of the pita bread.
Arrange pita wedges on a baking sheet.
Bake.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until they are crisp and golden brown. Take the pita wedges out of the oven and cool for 5 minutes.
Make the pistachio mixture.

Finely grind whole pistachios. In a small bowl, mix:
- 1/4 cup ground pistachios
- 1/2 tsp cane sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Coat and serve.

Brush pita wedges with honey syrup.
Sprinkle the pistachio mixture over the pita wedges.
Serve.
